Hot Dip

3 oz Chipped beef
8 oz Cream cheese
8 oz Sour cream
1/4 Cup chopped green pepper
2 tbsp chopped onion
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt

Preheat the oven to 350
Cream one 8 oz cream cheese and 2 tbsp milk.
Stir in one 3 oz smoked chipped beef, chopped fine.
Blend in sour cream, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, pepper, and garlic salt.

Put in casserole and bake 20 minutes.
Optionally, before baking you can top it with 1/2 cup chopped nuts
that have been sauted in 2 tbsp butter and 1/2 tsp salt.
Let sit a few minutes after baking so it firms up.
You can put it in a small crock pot for serving.

Serve with Ritz Crackers for dipping (or any favorite cracker).
