Lefse
8 cups mashed potatoes
1/2 cup whipping cream, not whipped
2-3 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
2-4 cups flour

Cook potatoes and mash with butter and cream.
Put in the fridge overnight or until cold.
Just before you roll and fry the lefse, mix flour in and roll out thin.
Grill to a light brown on both sides.

Notes:
When mixing in the flour, be sure that the dough when stick together enough to make a ball.
Use this ball of dough to roll out flat ready to fry.
Use plenty of flour, on your roller and table, when rolling so the dough does not stick to everything.
Use a dry fry pan or lefse grill at 425-450 degrees.
